A fixed base operation located on the Leonard M. Thompson Airfield at Marsh Harbour, Abaco, in operation since 1983. Started by Capt. Lewis A. Key MBE, who over the course of his career in the transportation industry both on the sea and in the air, taught numerous young Bahamians the joy of flight. Hurricane Dorian devastated Central Abaco on September 1, 2019, and ZigZag Airways was not spared its wrath. Our location on the ramp is still unusable yet we continue to serve Fuel in partnership with Cherokee Aviation located midfield.Our building is in the process of being completely restored and we hope to cut the ribbon in the coming year, 2023 will see ZigZag Airways Ltd back at it.
